We are seeking a Bilingual Operations Manager to oversee outsourced crews in real estate flipping projects. This role ensures renovations are completed on time, within budget, and at high quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise outsourced crews on renovations.
- Coordinate with Property Managers, Contractors, and City Inspectors.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and materials.
- Ensure compliance with safety and city regulations.
- Prepare progress reports and completion certificates.
